Duration: 30 mins 21 sec

' “You are the light of the world. A town built on a hill cannot be hidden. Neither do people light a lamp and put it under a bowl. Instead they put it on its stand, and it gives light to everyone in the house. In the same way, let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven. ' Matthew 5:14-16

A Legacy Of Service

Passage: Matthew 20:20-28

Duration: 28 mins 25 sec

' “For the kingdom of heaven is like a landowner who went out early in the morning to hire workers for his vineyard. Then the mother of Zebedee’s sons came to Jesus with her sons and, kneeling down, asked a favor of him. “What is it you want?” he asked. She said, “Grant that one of these two sons of mine may sit at your right and the other at your left in your kingdom.” “You don’t know what you are asking,” Jesus said to them. “Can you drink the cup I am going to drink?” “We can,” they answered. Jesus said to them, “You will indeed drink from my cup, but to sit at my right or left is not for me to grant. These places belong to those for whom they have been prepared by my Father.” just as the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many.” and whoever wants to be first must be your slave— Jesus called them together and said, “You know that the rulers of the Gentiles lord it over them, and their high officials exercise authority over them. When the ten heard about this, they were indignant with the two brothers. Not so with you. Instead, whoever wants to become great among you must be your servant, ' Matthew 20:1,20-28

'Jesus sat down opposite the place where the offerings were put and watched the crowd putting their money into the temple treasury. Many rich people threw in large amounts. Being Present

Duration: 25 mins 09 secs

'A few days later, when Jesus again entered Capernaum, the people heard that he had come home. They gathered in such large numbers that there was no room left, not even outside the door, and he preached the word to them. Since they could not get him to Jesus because of the crowd, they made an opening in the roof above Jesus by digging through it and then lowered the mat the man was lying on. Some men came, bringing to him a paralyzed man, carried by four of them. When Jesus saw their faith, he said to the paralyzed man, “Son, your sins are forgiven.” ' Mark 2:1-5

'One day Jesus was praying in a certain place. When he finished, one of his disciples said to him, “Lord, teach us to pray, just as John taught his disciples.” He said to them, “When you pray, say: “ ‘Father, hallowed be your name, your kingdom come. Forgive us our sins, for we also forgive everyone who sins against us. And lead us not into temptation. ’ ” Give us each day our daily bread. ' Luke 11:1-4

Sowing To The Spirit

by Rev. David Williamson
Passage: Galatians 5:16-25
Series - A Disciple’s Path: Sowing To The Spirit
Duration: 28 mins 12 secs

'For the flesh desires what is contrary to the Spirit, and the Spirit what is contrary to the flesh. They are in conflict with each other, so that you are not to do whatever you want. But if you are led by the Spirit, you are not under the law. The acts of the flesh are obvious: sexual immorality, impurity and debauchery; idolatry and witchcraft; hatred, discord, jealousy, fits of rage, selfish ambition, dissensions, factions and envy; drunkenness, orgies, and the like. I warn you, as I did before, that those who live like this will not inherit the kingdom of God. But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control. Against such things there is no law. Those who belong to Christ Jesus have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires. Since we live by the Spirit, let us keep in step with the Spirit. So I say, walk by the Spirit, and you will not gratify the desires of the flesh. ' Galatians 5:16-25
