Hello. I have been the organist for ZUMC since September of 1991. I enjoy playing for the congregation to sing, accompanying the Chancel Choir and soloists, and performing high-quality organ selections at the traditional service.

My background includes a cum laude degree in piano performance from Indiana University, 25 years as rehearsal and orchestra pianist for Starlight Musicals Theatre, 35 years as accompanist for the Arlington H.S. vocal department (Indianapolis), over 50 years of teaching privately, and being the author/composer of a piano tutorial method which was translated into several languages and marketed world-wide as "The Peanuts Piano Course", illustrated by Charles Schulz.

My husband, Jim (also a professional musician and orchestra leader), and I shared 56 wonderful years together. We have 3 loving sons, and 7 grandchildren. I grew up in Brownsburg and have always lived in central Indiana.

I feel blessed by the riches in my life and for my association with Zionsville United Methodist Church. Come up to the organ and say hello some Sunday morning.
