Join us for the Spring "Walk to Emmaus" Spiritual Retreat
Men's Walk April 8th-11th, 2010
Women's Walk April 15th-18th, 2010
The Walk to Emmaus offers participants an opportunity to rediscover Christ's presence in their lives, to gain fresh understanding of God's transforming grace, and to form friendships that foster faith and support spiritual maturity. The "Walk to Emmaus" gets its name from Luke 24:13-35, where Luke tells the story of the first Easter afternoon where the risen Christ appeared to two disciples who were walking along the road from Jerusalem to Emmaus. The Walk to Emmaus retreat is an inspiring long weekend with God, fellow Christians, and great food! While the Walk to Emmaus weekend provides a pathway to God's love, it also supports a participants' return to share the love they have received.
